Made it thru the Hurricane without losing my electricity! :)
Yesterday before Hurricane Irene passed thru
I went to an Estate Sales which listed vintage Barbies.
Got there a few minutes before the sale, but there were
about 25 people all ready waiting in line.
When I got in I went over to the Barbies.
They were priced as much as E-Bay prices.
I only purchased one.

Estate Sale find
She have such sweet face like she was thinking: "I want to play tricks". :) Great blog!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI always loved this doll but never had her. I had Skipper instead.
ReplyDeleteShe is such a great find! You don't see many with brown hair. I like her face too!
ReplyDeleteThanks all! She is a cutie! I had a choice between Skooter, Skipper, or Ricky. Ricky was priced much higher. I have a Skipper.
ReplyDeleteWOW, you did great!! I love checking and see what you find and this was a good one.
ReplyDeleteAll I have to say is, "even a hurricane can't keep you away from those sales". Great find.
ReplyDelete@ Brini Thanks, I love looking for
ReplyDeletedifferent dolls and posting about them.
@Vanessa Thanks, it was still clear out when I went to the sale. After I left it started to rain somewhat but not from the hurricane. Also I was already prepared for what may have happened. Thank God that nothing major occurred.
