Steffi Love and her little sister Evi were manufactured by Simba Toys, a German manufacturer. There is no date on the boxes. Steffi is from the series "Pink and Blond" and Evi is from "Winter Fun". I am assuming these are older versions since if you go to the Simba website they still have the "Pink and Blond" series and also "Winter Fun". These outfits are not shown.
