All the men are from ES Toys.

From my research ES stands for Ever Sparkle.

These men are most likely from 2002-2003

Thanks Vanessa for the idea!  Had fun trying to 

put the couples together.  The only problem I had was 

getting their boots off.

Came dressed in mismatched camo outfit 

Just had to redress him. 

Had to slit the boots in back. 

 They were on so tight I was afraid I would break his feet taking them off.
