Today I stopped at Big Lots to look around
and there was this large Barbie Display with
Furniture and dolls.. A sign on the Display
caught my eye.
"Free Barbie Doll & Tawny Horse Set"
with a "$15.00 purchase of Barbie Product by Mattel.
(at this retailer) Doesn't specifically say "Big Lots"
You need your original receipt for 15.00 and UPC.
Offer good from 10/1/11-12/31/11.
Must be postmarked by 1/15/12 and received by
1/23/12
Purchase must be 15.00 not including sales tax
Include 3.00 for shipping
Approximate retail value 21.99

For the form, look in Big Lots. I am not sure
if other stores will be putting them out. You can
always ask at Customer Service.
Thanks for the info. I have been trying to stay away from Big Lots. You know what happened the last time. However, people keep posting things that tell me I need to go back.
