Try clearing out the cookies. It worked for me!
In Internet Explorer
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Browsing History,
Make sure you have cookies checked.
Click Delete.
Hey Frannie. So glad you are back. I tried your suggestion. I actually deleted cookies, history, etc, but no luck. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and that seems to be doing the trick. So much craziness. Halle was missing her sweater dress, so I made her another one tonight. She's sitting her on an unfinished chair happy as a lark.
ReplyDeleteHi Vanessa, Thanks, I was getting frustrated about not being able to log in. So at work I tried to access my blog and it worked (Never tried to sign in at work before). Couldn't understand why I could get on there until I read in the Blogger forum that you should clean out the cookies. Made sense when I thought about it. So I tried it and it worked on both my browsers.
ReplyDeleteOn IE, when you clicked Browsing History, did a second window come out and you had to check delete history, cookies, etc. Then click apply. Another window should come up and show the progress of deleting the files. IF that doesn't work, close out the browser window and open it again. If that doesn't work, re-boot your computer and see if it will work.
Yes, I got all the right indicators when clearing the cache. I do it rather frequently, at least once every 2 weeks. I have rebooted many times and IE just won't work. But I use IE 7, so that may be why. I may have to go to at least IE8, which I am not looking forward to doing. I definitely won't be doing IE9. I've heard horror stories.
