Really Rosie is a book character by Maurice Sendak.(author of "Where The Wild Things Are")
16 inches tall Missing her boa.
Made by Determined
Productions 1993.
One of my favorite characters when I worked as an elementary school librarian.
If you don't know who Rosie is, here is a blurb from her hang tag:
"Rosie is a captivating, spirited little girl stuck on a block in Brooklyn with neighborhood kids less
imaginative than she. But with the help of her good imagination and crazy antics, Rosie conquers boredom
and creates enchantment for herself, her friends, and us."
An animated tv special of Really Rosie was first seen on CBS in February of 1975.
Carole King (the singer) voiced Rosie's character.
