Found out there is a toy company in China called Lovely Patsy.
Marked Lovely Patsy on neck and back
Made in China
I dressed her in a purple label Barbie outfit and added the shoes.
Middle part of her outfit is white, came out yellow in the picture.
She only had her earrings when found.
