What a find! I've never seen these before. I'm assume they aren't Mattel. I wonder what they are from. Very retro feel to them. To bad no markings. And before you take the wheels you may want to see if the craft stores have anything you can make makeshift wheels with. But I'm it would look just a lovely without them. :-)
