The jukebox is starting to deteriorate. The gold paint is starting to peel.on the bottom.
Most likely the problems were caused by being in a wet cellar.
Durham also made these items as doll-house miniatures. (Without the gold paint)
In the 70's these items were probably purchased at Five and Dime Stores
like Woolworths.
